Uniformed Security Officer
Static posts and patrol across commercial, industrial, residential and event sites. Entry point for most of our field careers.
Armed Security Officer
Armed posts and response assignments. Requires current armed credentials and a clean record.
Concealed / Plainclothes Officer
Discreet armed coverage and loss prevention where a uniform would work against the assignment.
K9 Handler
Narcotics and explosive detection teams. Prior handler experience welcome; we also develop handlers through our NAPWD-certified instructors.
Escort Rider & Traffic Control
Funeral escorts and traffic control. Motorcycle experience valued; flagging certification supported.
Armed Driver / Protection Detail
Secure ground transport and close-protection assignments for our asset movement division.
Dispatcher
Our 24/7 call and text dispatch and remote video monitoring desk. The calm voice everyone in the field depends on.
Investigator
Evidence collection, interviews, surveillance and case package preparation. Prior LE or PI experience preferred.
Field Supervisor
Post inspections, officer development and incident oversight. Promoted from within wherever possible.

What we look for
- A clean background and the ability to pass screening
- Current state guard card or the willingness to obtain one
- Reliable transportation and reliable attendance
- Clear written reporting — this job is half documentation
- De-escalation instinct before physical response
- Military, law enforcement, EMS or corrections background is a plus, not a requirement
